The Print department Galerie Lelong & Co. shows a series of new prints by Fabienne Verdier created in 2024.
Related to the "Constellations" exhibited in 2022 at Colmar's Unterlinden Museum, these silkscreens come in three different formats. Each subject, carefully selected by the artist, is given a celestial name from a variety of cultures and languages. In this way, the artist transforms the luminous aura produced by the death of a star into a cosmic portrait.
With the new print "De l'aube au couchant", Fabienne Verdier continues her exploration of printing techniques. Published by Lelong Editions, the etching takes up the flowing motif typical of the Walking Paintings on view upstairs at the gallery, 13 rue de Téhéran.
